Responsibilities
Develop and maintain backend services in Ruby
Build and enhance frontend features with React + TypeScript
Collaborate with the Product team on refining and exploring new tasks
Contribute to partner integrations and enhance the member experience
Own testing and quality, including Playwright end-to-end automation
Work in a collaborative, startup-style culture with proactive problem-solving
Qualification
Required
5+ years of full-stack engineering experience
Proficiency in Ruby, React, and TypeScript
Strong knowledge of AWS and Postgres
Hands-on experience with end-to-end testing and automation
Startup mindset: proactive, collaborative, passion for tech, low ego
Ability to work closely with a Tech Lead and integrate into a Scrum team
