Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively
Provide generic information about products, services, and company policies
Maintain customer records by updating account information
Process orders, billing(invoicing) customers, assist with returns, and exchanges
Order entry
Complaint entry
Assuring Customers are billed in timely manner
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met

Qualification

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in customer service role
