Responsibilities
Leverage Generative AI tools to automate system administration tasks, streamline workflows, and reduce manual intervention
Monitor system health using AI-driven analytics and proactively address potential issues before they impact service availability
Communicate and work in a global distributed team
Maintain and manage SharePoint lists and workflow to improve process and efficiency
Identify a pattern in existing historic data and suggest improvements
Collaborate with the team to transform data to help make business decisions and build insights
Employ creative methods for problem solving
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, CIS/MIS, or a related field, graduating December 2026-August 2027
Preferred
Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language such as Java, JavaScript, HTML, Python, Perl, shell scripting, Jupyter Notebook, etc
Experience with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of server and storage hardware (e.g., Dell, HPE, Supermicro) and GPU platforms (e.g., NVIDIA)
Familiarity with Generative AI tools and concepts, and an interest in applying them to infrastructure management
Knowledge of cloud technologies and platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Familiar with data visualizing tools like Excel, MS Power BI, Tableau, etc
SQL query skills or familiarity with RDBMS would be a plus
Showcase hands-on data handling to leverage new technologies to help drive critical business decisions
Strong written and verbal communications skills
