Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager (Remote)

Studio Enterprise is looking for an experienced FP&A professional who can turn large data sets and complex business drivers into clear financial insight. This role supports both Studio and its close partner business with more than $300M in combined revenue, focusing on financial modeling, reporting, and analytics.

Responsibilities

Own the financial models used for external due diligence, lender reporting, and shareholder reporting
Build and maintain detailed forecasting tools that use business drivers to predict results at a granular level
Prepare monthly reporting packages for lenders and shareholders, including analysis and explanation of variances and trends
Support the monthly close process and the cost-plus billing model with our partner organization
Pull together and organize information required in due diligence processes and external evaluations
Analyze large data sets to identify drivers of business performance and uncover underlying trends
Support internal teams with competitive analysis and benchmarking
Work directly with the CFO on scenario modeling, long-range planning, and strategic analysis
Improve processes and tools as the business grows

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar
Five to ten years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, transaction support, or related work
Expert-level Excel skills and deep modeling experience
Strong experience working with large data sets for analysis
Clear understanding of how the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement connect together
Comfort working under tight timelines with shifting priorities
Ability to communicate complicated financial concepts in a simple and practical way
Self-directed and able to manage work with limited oversight

Preferred

Experience supporting due diligence or lender reporting
Experience in a data-rich or operationally complex environment
Experience with business intelligence tools
