IT Regional Manager (NYC)

Gulf Coast Automation Group is seeking an IT Regional Manager to oversee IT operations, staff, service quality, and technology support across multiple US offices. The role focuses on ensuring consistent service delivery and exceptional customer experience while managing regional IT staff and collaborating with other IT managers.

Responsibilities

Deliver and model exceptional customer service across all regional offices
Oversee operational availability of all office technology including computers, printers, peripherals, and A/V systems
Use ServiceNow and Jira to manage ticket lifecycle, escalate issues, and maintain consistent communication with customers
Lead, coach, and develop regional IT staff; set goals and monitor performance
Support video conferencing, enterprise meetings, presentations, and client events
Build trusted relationships with office leadership and provide technology consultation to support business needs
Partner with PMO to implement firmwide and office-specific initiatives and technology projects
Collaborate with other IT managers to maintain consistent, repeatable customer service processes
Work with the IT Infrastructure team to maintain network infrastructure, servers, telecom, and audio/visual equipment
Promote and enforce data security policies and best practices
Travel periodically to US regional offices

Required

Expert proficiency with Microsoft Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong knowledge of customer service principles and IT service best practices
Advanced experience using ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow and Jira
Ability to produce, analyze, and act on service desk reports and metrics
Deep expertise in OS installation and configuration
Strong understanding of remote access technologies (Citrix, VPN)
Strong understanding of wireless networking technologies (iOS)
Knowledge of networking technologies, cabling topologies, and related systems
10+ years of management or supervisory experience
10+ years supporting end users across software, hardware, and networking environments
10+ years of LAN/WAN and network systems support
10+ years configuring, installing, and maintaining client PC operating systems

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred; advanced degree a plus
Professional services or law firm experience preferred
