Principal Coordinator, Floor Supervisor, Bank Customer Resiliency (Work from Home)
Capital One is seeking a Floor Supervisor for their Bank Customer Resiliency team, focused on delivering a world-class customer experience. The role involves coaching and developing associates in a call center environment, monitoring performance, and contributing to business health reporting.

Responsibilities
Assists with daily call center operations and floor coverage
Coordinates daily workflow of the department and directs work of others
Monitors and approves various items for call center agents
Assists with escalated customer issues or complex calls and troubleshoot
Regularly trains, coaches, develops and mentors other associates in the department
Pulls and distribute data associated with Call Center Business Health and MBR reporting
Supports System Access needs for larger BCR organization
Qualification
Required
High school diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 3 years of call center experience
At least 2 years of experience working in the financial industry
At least 2 years of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
A secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions
A reliable private internet connection that is not supplied via cellular data or hotspot
A private network that is password protected where you have ownership or line of sight to every device on the network
Internet service must be provided by Cable or fiber Internet Service Provides (ISP)
ISP download speeds on VPN must be at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred
Both Hardwire and WiFI internet connections are acceptable as long as speed and security requirements are met
Preferred
1+ year of leadership experience in call center operations for banking or financial services
