Responsibilities
Generating and simulating operational level plans to explore the art of the possible, how we could defend the ultimate high ground in a future space war
Dynamically optimizing both terrestrial and space-based sensors to provide comprehensive space domain awareness
Strategically optimizing the placement and maneuvering of constellations of satellites to satisfy multiple, evolving priorities
Qualification
Required
Familiarity with software system development life cycles, including requirements definition, design, development, testing, and validation
Experience working in an Agile development environment, using tools such as Jira and Confluence
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and ability to think critically
US Citizenship Required: No clearance required to start, but the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
Preferred
Experience with tools, technologies, and methodologies, such as: Modeling languages (e.g., SysML, UML)
Simulation frameworks (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink)
Training simulation development (e.g., serious games, virtual reality)
Experience with MBSE-specific tools, such as: Simulation software (e.g., Simio, AnyLogic)
Modeling tools (e.g., Cameo, IBM Rational Rhapsody, NoMagic MagicDraw)
