The Program Manager for Mobility Operations will lead the design and launch of efficient fleet operations across multiple depot sites, working cross-functionally to enhance operational performance.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end depot launches — from planning to execution — ensuring each site is operationally ready and optimized for scale
Design and refine operational workflows to drive efficiency, consistency, and performance across all fleet depots
Map and document key processes to ensure clarity and alignment across stakeholders and teams
Turn data into action by analyzing performance metrics and surfacing insights that drive continuous improvement
Apply learnings from current sites to inform future depot design, layout, and location strategy
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, tech, facilities, and ops teams to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
3+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, or analytics — ideally in mobility, transportation, or tech
Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Experience building systems and processes in a fast-moving, agile environment
Excellent communication and storytelling skills — you can translate data into compelling narratives
A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for innovation
