Responsibilities

Operating a printing press for Plastisol Ink products
Set-up and teardown between jobs
Prioritize and complete work based on shipping schedule
Conduct quality checks to ensure order is accurate
Communicate needs/suggestions/concerns to Floor Supervisor
Assist in other areas when the business requires
Other duties as assigned

Required

An understanding of, or willingness to learn our Printing processes
Good verbal communication skills
The ability to lift up to 30 lbs., walk, bend, and lift 5 lbs regularly as well as standing for 8-10 hour shifts
Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination
Basic math and computer skills
Ability to work at a fast pace in a production environment and be quality oriented
Flexibility of schedule and the ability to work overtime daily as needed
A willingness to embrace change and learn new skills
