Responsibilities
Technical Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of Qualia’s products and their technical capabilities
Sales Support: Assist the sales teams with technical questions and product demonstrations
Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and address their technical inquiries
Problem Solving: Analyze customer challenges and propose solutions that leverage our products
Documentation: Contribute to technical documentation, such as demo scripts, user guides, and training materials
Collaboration: Work closely with account executives to ensure successful customer outcomes
Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date on new product releases
Qualification
Required
Fundamental understanding of Qualia's main product lines: Core, Connect, Shield, Marketplace
Confident and engaging presenter with a strong ability to build rapport with customers and deliver compelling presentations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
A passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
