Technical Project Manager (DevOps)
KODE Labs is a real estate technology company founded in 2017 with a mission to change the way people, buildings, and systems operate. They are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join their DevOps team, focusing on optimizing workflows and ensuring high-quality infrastructure and applications delivery.

Responsibilities
Design, manage, and continuously improve the team’s Kanban board to visualize work from ideation through production deployment
Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks in the CI/CD pipeline to maintain smooth and efficient delivery
Establish and enforce WIP limits to help the team focus, finish work on time, and reduce context switching
Lead flow reviews, replenishment sessions, and retrospectives to ensure backlog prioritization, explicit process policies, and ongoing improvement
Track, analyze, and report on key DevOps and Kanban metrics (Cycle Time, Lead Time, throughput) to guide forecasting and process enhancements
Act as the primary point of defense against blockers, removing organizational and technical impediments to keep the DevOps team unblocked
Collaborate with product development, operations, and leadership to align the infrastructure and automation roadmap with business objectives
Work with release management to plan, schedule, and control software and infrastructure releases for smooth, automated, low-risk deployments
Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies clearly and consistently to stakeholders and engineering teams
Maintain a solid understanding of DevOps principles, including automation, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), monitoring, and system architecture
Champion the automation of manual tasks to reduce operational toil and improve delivery pipeline efficiency
Partner with the team to integrate quality checks and security practices (DevSecOps) early in the pipeline
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, Scrum Master managing technical teams, or other related roles
Practical expertise in applying Kanban principles, including visualizing flow, managing WIP, and measuring flow efficiency
High-level proficiency with project and task management tools like Jira (or equivalent) for configuring Kanban boards, tracking tasks, and generating metrics reports
Familiar with DevOps tools and practices: CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GCP), Git, cloud platforms (GCP/Azure), containers (Docker/K8s), and IaC (Terraform, Ansible)
Excellent communication, organization, and cross-functional leadership
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (CS, Engineering, or equivalent experience) preferred but not required
PMP or Agile certifications (KMP, CSP) are a plus
