Responsibilities

Lead a team to undertake technical design work following relevant design standards and codes, and to high-quality levels

Prepare briefs, scopes of work, and input into bid proposals

Successfully manage time and budgets to key project milestones and programmes

Work closely with teams in the UK and overseas to deliver integrated design solutions

Adhere to quality assurance standards in design

Chartered Civil Engineer

Interest in developing into the role of Reservoir Supervising Engineer

Experience in leading design delivery, including multidisciplinary design

Knowledge of hydraulic and/or geotechnical engineering as applied to the management and design of dams and reservoirs and their associated hydraulic structures

In depth knowledge of current UK design standards, guidance and working practices including the Reservoirs Act
