Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the manufacturing process for advanced products, ensuring adherence to quality standards, cost targets, and delivery schedules
Collaborate with design engineering teams to optimize product manufacturability and ensure smooth transition from design to production
Develop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures, including process flow, work instructions, and quality control measures
Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges in the manufacturing process, working closely with crossfunctional teams to implement effective solutions
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality
Provide technical guidance and support to production teams, ensuring proper training and adherence to manufacturing processes and standards
Collaborate with supply chain teams to optimize material flow and inventory management, ensuring timely availability of components and materials for production
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as engineering
6+ years of experience in advanced manufacturing engineering
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems
Proficiency in using manufacturing engineering tools and software
Experience with data analysis and process optimization techniques
Preferred
Advanced Engineering degrees such as ME (Mechanical Engineering) or IE (Industrial Engineering)
Experience in leading complex manufacturing projects
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
