Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Engage prospective clients through events, digital channels, and referrals
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences in the luxury yacht segment
Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, owners, and representatives. Uphold brand standards in all client interactions, communications, and events
Communicate with Hinckley Yacht locations and internal teams to streamline sales processes
Qualification
Required
Minimum five (5) years of experience as a yacht broker or in other luxury sales
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong understanding of the yachting and boating industry
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other software tools
Exceptional customer service skills and ability to build long-term relationships
All applicants must be able to successfully pass a background check as a condition of employment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
Prior experience in the luxury market
