Part-Time Data Entry Clerk - QuickBooks Specialist | Carlsbad, CA
Red Dot Digital Media, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk with strong QuickBooks experience to join their team on a part-time basis. This role involves entering and managing financial and administrative data, ensuring accuracy, and supporting business operations while offering flexible hours for work-life balance.

Responsibilities
Accurately enter data into QuickBooks, Excel, and Zoho CRM
Create and track vendor purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and updates
Review and verify documents: sales orders, vendor invoices, supplier charges, and other financial records
Generate reports using Excel (pivot tables) and QuickBooks
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Assist with basic bookkeeping, transcription, and clerical tasks
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows
Support general administrative duties as needed
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of data entry experience (finance or accounting preferred)
Proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop preferred)
Strong typing speed and accuracy
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables
Excellent attention to detail and basic math skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred
Preferred
Experience with ERP systems or other accounting software
Knowledge of 10-Key typing
Prior office or administrative experience
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
