Responsibilities
Planning: Projects a five-week work schedule based on information provided by the Flight Chief regarding tests to be conducted
Work Direction: Through (2) work leaders, directs the work activities of (8) Sled Systems Mechanics (WG-11s) and (3) crane operators (WG-11s), engaged in sled propulsion preparations, track launch operations and miscellaneous test support activities
Administration: Schedules and approves leave for subordinates. Sets performance standards and makes formal evaluations. Ensures proper training to newly assigned personnel. Other required supervisory tasks that are needed
