Responsibilities

Lead and participate in Epic Optime & Anesthesia build, support, testing, and implementation efforts

Prepare and execute functional system specifications using structured system-development methodologies

Apply advanced analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify issues, assess root causes, and implement high-quality solutions

Conduct workflow analysis to ensure build decisions align with clinical standards, operational needs, and perioperative best practices

Partner with surgeons, anesthesia providers, nursing leadership, and operational stakeholders to deliver optimized workflows and positive end-user outcomes

Support planned upgrades, enhancements, quarterly releases, and major go-lives

Participate in an on-call rotation to support mission-critical perioperative operations

Develop strong cross-functional relationships across IT teams, operational leaders, and vendor partners
