Digital Growth Marketing Specialist
W.S. Darley & Co. is a family-owned business supplying quality equipment solutions to military and first responder customers. They are seeking a Digital Growth Marketing Specialist to lead initiatives that drive measurable growth across the customer journey, optimize paid media strategies, and align sales and marketing efforts.

Responsibilities
Map and analyze the full customer journey to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance digital touchpoints and personalize user experiences
Implement tools and tactics to improve lead nurturing, conversion rates, and customer retention
Partner with sales leadership to ensure consistent messaging, lead quality, and funnel visibility
Develop and maintain dashboards that track MQLs, SQLs, and marketing-sourced revenue
Support integrated campaigns that bridge marketing and sales efforts
Contribute to the strategy and own the execution and performance of paid media campaigns across platforms (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.)
Manage campaign budgets, targeting, creative testing, and optimization
Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights to improve ROI
Track KPIs that connect marketing activities to revenue growth
Build and maintain reporting frameworks and dashboards using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Power BI
Present findings and recommendations to leadership on a regular basis
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or related field
3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing roles
Proven success in managing paid media campaigns and optimizing customer journeys
Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing attribution and ROI analysis
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo)
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Google/Microsoft Merchant Center
Experience in analytics dashboards and reporting
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
Experience in B2B marketing or SaaS environments
Google GA4 certification
Knowledge of A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and funnel analytics
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
