Responsibilities
Manage multiple client projects. Manages project deliverables, scope & expectations
Transition projects from Dynamics Applications Team to Managed Services
Drive customer sat
Develops and manage project plans, cost estimates, communication plans, and performance metrics
Provide leadership to all functional and business areas affected by the project. Drive project decisions and recommendations
Work closely with the managed services leadership team to drive internal processes, standardization, case load management, and reporting metrics
Proactively communicates and reports status to executives, MCA Connect management and all other stakeholders. This is done leveraging tools such as Status Reports, Executive Briefings, and active day to day team communication
Effectively communicates and collaborates with technical project team members to achieve project goals
Employs project management best practices as provided by PMI and MCA Connect delivery standards
Provides leadership to project team members with respect to project management processes and best practices
The MCA Connect Project Manager is directly responsible for managing the project budget providing the predictive financial analysis required to deliver accurate project status
The PM will support the MCA Connect professional services management team by coordinating client invoicing, accounts receivable and providing project forecasting models
Qualification
Required
More than 5 years of experience directly managing ERP and/or CRM deployments (Dynamics 365 a plus)
Experience with CRM and ERP implementation methodology across all phases of Diagnosis, Analysis, Design, Development, Deployment and Operation
Understanding of complete solution within the context of an integrated enterprise-wide IT strategy
Well-developed planning, organizational and problem-solving skills
Highly developed business acumen
Ability to work closely with key business stakeholders to communicate progress and vision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to allocate the correct resources to each project phase and monitor their performance
Consensus driven management style that support a vast set of stakeholders
Strong leadership, teambuilding and motivational skills
Bachelor's degree required
Ability to travel up to 30%
Preferred
Implementation of several full life-cycle Microsoft Dynamics implementations
Experience with Microsoft platform of technologies
ERP implementation lead experience in manufacturing industry
PMI certified
Mastery of industry-standards project management tools
