Responsibilities

Support the review of contract terms and help track approvals and signatures
Help maintain organized records of correspondence, contracts, and amendments
Assist with verifying contractor compliance with company standards and required documentation
Research and resolve routine questions related to contract and or licensure
Contribute to maintaining databases and logs for contracts, change orders, and pricing updates
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and gain exposure to construction project workflows

Required

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Construction Management, or a related field
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Interest in learning about contract administration, budgeting, and vendor management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); familiarity with Adobe a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
