Responsibilities
Partner with Commercial Affairs, Blending, Finance, HR, and Legal teams to develop annual plans, forecasts, and ad hoc analyses
Deliver clear, actionable insights through monthly financial reporting and variance analysis
Drive cost management strategies and implement financial best practices across departments
Collaborate with cost center owners on budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning
Train team members on financial systems and processes to strengthen P&L accountability
Qualification
Required
Bachelors' degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Technology, Engineering, or related field from an accredited college or university
Ideally, 7+ years in finance/accounting, with at least 5 years supporting senior management
Advanced Excel, PowerBI, Oracle, Planful (or related FP&A application experience)
Strong analytical and communication skills
Self-starter, collaborative, deadline-driven, and adept at presenting complex financial data clearly
Commitment to consistently adhere to policies and procedures and be a positive example for others by demonstrating the Company's core values of Respect, Accountability, Innovation, Safety, and Excellence in completing work assignments
Self-motivated, have phenomenal work ethic and looking for the right company to support your growth
