Responsibilities
Knowledge of both personal and commercial lines
Provide service for existing insurance agency customers
Quote, sell, and bind new policies
Actively focus on policy renewals and retention
Service customer concerns
Properly document and update all customer's information within our customer service database
Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
Mail and document management
Other duties, as requested
Qualification
Required
Valid 2-20 Property & Casualty license
M-F from 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m
Be proficient in the rules and regulations related to personal lines and commercial lines insurance
Ability to handle high-volume phone and email requests
Excellent servicing and relationship management skills
Demonstrate excellent communication skills, speak articulately and persuasively
Must be a team player and dependable
Computer skills are necessary, i.e., Word & Excel
Possess strong drive, ambition, and goal-oriented
