Advanced Epic Patient Access Analyst (Prelude & Cadence)
Superlanet is seeking an Epic Advanced Application Analyst – Patient Access (Prelude & Cadence) for our healthcare client in Florida. Responsibilities
Serve as the primary owner of Epic Prelude build and support activities, including: Patient WQs, Item Profiles & Defaults, HAR Advisor and related configuration
Manage build, support, testing, and implementation efforts for core Patient Access workflows, including: ED arrivals and admissions, Appointment check-in, Insurance verification and registration flows
Fulfill daily support responsibilities including troubleshooting, incident resolution, enhancement intake, and operational partnership
Develop and execute functional system specifications using structured methodologies
Act as a subject-matter expert on project teams: Create and run test scripts, Support upgrades and new capabilities, Participate in project go-lives and adoption
Utilize advanced application expertise and analytical skills to design, test, and optimize solutions that improve access, scheduling, and patient throughput
Qualification
Required
Epic Prelude certification required
3+ years supporting, building, or implementing Epic Prelude
Strong knowledge of Patient Access and Registration workflows
Experience with Patient WQs, Navigators, HAR Advisor
Scheduling workflows (Ambulatory/Outpatient or Inpatient)
Collaboration with operational leaders and front-line staff
Excellent critical thinking, communication, and customer service skills
Ability to manage priorities in a remote environment with strong accountability
Preferred
Epic Cadence and/or Referrals certification or accreditation
Hands-on build experience in Cadence Scheduling templates and visit workflows
Referral routing and workqueue configuration
