You will handle a steady flow of matters tied to financial services disputes, including Ponzi scheme litigation, class actions and complex consumer claims
The practice spans 23 offices, with attorneys collaborating nationally on strategy, briefing, discovery and hearings
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of general litigation experience
Solid courtroom exposure and strong writing skills
California Bar required
Confident communicator who can work with client teams under pressure
Preferred
preferably involving financial services clients
Prior clerkship is useful but not required
