Responsibilities
Establish modeling and evaluation processes to determine the effectiveness of initiatives. Support strategic and operational projects
Develop, monitor and maintain work plans for the designated Senior Vice President
Serve as the facilitator for the resolution and implementation of operational issues within areas of oversight
Prepare reports and presentations suitable for the Senior Leadership meetings, Committees, Board presentations, and other internal and external audiences; and
Conduct special projects and studies as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
5 years of experience, or 3 years of experience with Master's
Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook are required; and willingness to learn new software and management tools as needed
Strong oral and written communication skills
Knowledge of information systems, including office automation and data analysis tools such as MS office, Visio, R, etc
Experience in a hospital environment
Ability to perform complex analysis using modeling, forecasting and statistical analysis methodologies
Ability to prepare complex written and graphic reports that explain and interpret data trends
Preferred
