INFO ORIGIN INC is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale IT projects using Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies. The role is responsible for planning, organizing, and motivating diverse teams to deliver high-value solutions for Commonwealth stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate vendors, consultants, and business/IT teams on IT projects and procurements
Oversee development of proposals, SOWs, requirements, and RFP responses
Drive project execution across the full lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and transition to operations
Facilitate multi-disciplinary teams and maintain strong relationships with executives, sponsors, and technical leaders
Ensure adherence to project management governance and promote a positive, collaborative project culture
Monitor vendor performance and manage project reporting on scope, cost, schedule, and risks

Required

10+ years managing large IT projects; 15+ years overall IT experience
Strong background leading SaaS/cloud implementation projects
Expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Visio, and Office
Ability to guide requirements development, process analysis, and solution planning
PMP (PMI) or VITA PM Certification required

Preferred

Experience with VITA's CTP and ECOS processes
Knowledge of Commonwealth IT procurement (RFP, statewide contracts, CAI SOW)
PMO methodology experience
