Responsibilities

Pitch, source, and win new mandates across ERP, EPM, Analytics, SaaS, Cybersecurity, Sustainability & related technology markets
Build deep relationships with senior stakeholders, growing both new and existing accounts
Run the complete 360 process: sourcing, interviewing, shortlisting, closing, and managing the candidate journey
Maintain strong balance between sales + delivery
Target annual billings in the multi-hundred-thousand USD range (aligned to senior consultant expectations)
Work within fast deal cycles (typically 4–5 weeks)
Leverage high-quality inbound opportunities & cross-sell channels
Mentor junior consultants
Contribute to a culture built on authenticity, humility, ambition, and continuous improvement
Help shape team processes, systems, and market strategy in a rapidly scaling environment

Required

2–6+ years in a tech recruitment agency environment
A proven billing track record (e.g., $150k–$200k+ in a 12-month period)
Experience as a Senior Consultant or Billing Manager is highly valued
Strong communicator; persuasive with clients & candidates
Able to run a full 360 desk confidently and independently
Upward trajectory—someone still hungry to break through their next ceiling
Authentic, humble, ambitious
Clear personal goals (e.g., buying a home, financial milestones, personal development)
Enjoys being coached and continuously improving—even if you're already performing
Thrives in a high-performance, outcome-driven environment (not KPI-heavy)

Preferred

Interest in management longer-term, but totally fine with remaining an elite IC
Experience winning business from scratch
