Responsibilities

Manages loan applications originated in the Mortgage Passport Department as well as those generated by our Broker Partners, via the online channel and possibly over the phone
Perform business development tasks, managing pipeline volume and maintaining communication with customers and external loan officers throughout their transaction
Communicate with applicant to explain product terms, gather personal data and answer questions relating to their refinance, purchase, preapproval or equity transaction
Communicate with external loan officers to educate on product benefits, process standards, and troubleshooting loan scenarios

Required

Strong ability to understand the customer needs and successfully build professional relationships

PC proficiency required

Ability to consistently deliver first class customer service

Preferred

DU loan experience is a plus, but not required
Experience following loan applications from origination through closing is a plus
