Responsibilities
Analyze credit reports, internal references, and financial information to determine credit worthiness and credit limits for new and existing customers; to include the preparation of proposed payment terms and pro forma invoices
Communicate with internal and external customers regarding credit decisions on a daily basis in a fast paced and high transaction volume environment
Multi-task deadline driven requests
Collaborate with contractual and technical staff to develop and maintain relationships with key customers
Develop a working knowledge of Contract Department and Credit Group processes
Qualification
Required
Requires a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting
0-6 years: General office operations experience required
0-6 years: Intermediate/working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is required as well as experience working with PDF documents
A valid/clear driver's license is required
Preferred
Commercial credit/collections experience a plus
