Responsibilities
Receive incident and request management tickets from the user
Diagnose problems, and recommend and/or implement solutions
Create incident tickets as required
Provides phone and email support to users in the areas of e-mail, directories, standard Windows desktop applications and applications developed or deployed internally
Provide desktop support for issues with PCs, Windows, and Microsoft Office
Remote into user machines as required while providing assistance and support
Collaborate with development staff to recreate problems in the test environment
Maintains and/or develops step-by-step procedural documentation
Track hardware/software inventory
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
1+ years' experience providing IT desktop/helpdesk support
Associates Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field required
Working knowledge of Active Directory
Ability to work on multiple incidents and complete simultaneous projects in a timely manner
Remote support experience (VPN, etc.)
Working knowledge and experience with LAN/WAN environments and setup
Preferred
Bachelors desired
IT certifications a plus
