Responsibilities
Grow our customer base. Your first mission will be to renew existing customers before their Highwire subscription expires. Once you master that, you’ll earn the right to work on campaigns to enroll new customers - and grow your earnings in the process
Crush your numbers. Sales is all about the numbers. You’ll have monthly revenue goals and we’ll track your progress – and the progress of your teammates – on the Team Leaderboard. You'll earn uncapped commission for meeting or exceeding targets
Handle objections. As with any sales job, you will sometimes encounter objections from customers. You’ll partner with our Account Managers and enterprise clients to collaborate on solutions that enable us to successfully complete our renewal campaigns
Qualification
Required
Competitive, adaptable, and driven individual
Some exposure to high-volume sales (telesales, business development) or other fast-paced customer-facing roles (retail, restaurants)
Strong professional communication skills
Competitive nature
Hunger to build a career in tech sales
Ability to grow customer base and renew existing customers
Ability to handle objections and collaborate on solutions
Quick on your feet and able to process new information quickly
Resilient and optimistic with the grit to overcome objections
