Admin Services Coord II
Zachry Group is seeking highly motivated individuals to perform the functions of an Admin Services Coordinator. The role involves the receipt, processing, and distribution of documents as well as assisting with administrative duties to support records management practices.

Responsibilities
Route business documents via Docusign for review and approval
Store business documents in accordance with document-specific procedures
Provide review of documentation prior to approval, adhering to internal quality standards
Route fully executed documents to internal and external stakeholders
Prepare, maintain and present daily/weekly reports per projects
Receive, log, and distribute mail
Ensure total customer satisfaction in the handling of customer problems and needs
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of relevant experience
Must have excellent communication skills and ability to multi-task
Must be computer proficient including proficiency in MS Office suite, MS Excel and PowerPoint are essential
Must possess strong interpersonal skills and possess excellent organizational skills
