Develop and manage long-term, favorable relationships with clients and partners across a diverse portfolio

Collaborate regularly with senior client stakeholders, creative teams, and internal project managers to ensure seamless, coordinated delivery
Maintain comprehensive subject matter expertise on industry trends, products, and competitor activity
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a closely related field
Typically requires 4 to 6 years of progressive experience in account management, sales, or agency/client relations, including leadership responsibilities
Comprehensive working knowledge of account management practices, client strategy, and industry dynamics
Strong customer and client orientation
Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and leadership skills
Originality and strategic thinking in developing client solutions
Advanced oral and written communication skills
Ability to assess complex business needs and design actionable solutions
