Salesforce Developer

Stillwater Insurance Group is a mid-sized national insurance provider offering a variety of home, auto and commercial insurance products. The Salesforce Developer will manage and utilize Salesforce software development to provide the business with the greatest return on investment.

Responsibilities

Review and provide best practices for implementation of software development
Set-up and configure new Salesforce instances
Define and set up contact information within Salesforce
Define reporting and dashboard requirements
Execute reports and dashboard configurations
Develop workflow automation utilizing process builders
Configure data integration with the AS400 system
Works closely with Inside Sales personnel regarding product knowledge and sales instances

Required

Bachelor's degree of a minimum of 5 years of US working experience
Must have 3-5 years of Salesforce developer experience
Must have two core Salesforce certificates - Salesforce Platform Developer I and Developer II
Hands-on experience in the configuration of Salesforce modules to enable business functions
Working experience in the Salesforce administration module
Proficient in Salesforce database
Proficient in spreadsheet and word processing software
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work with all levels of management, both internally and externally
Experience working directly with client resources, either internally or externally
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Ability to direct and recommend cost-effective, creative solutions
Ability to manage priorities and workflow
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities

Demonstrated ability to plan and organize projects
Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace
