Responsibilities

Lead onboarding projects guiding new customers through the implementation of our products

Provide timely, high quality responses to customer support tickets during US business hours, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and that customers feel supported, confident, and successful with our platform

Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to product functionality, data integration, and system configuration

Deliver product training and assist with the creation of support documentation

Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and address product enhancements, bugs, and user experience improvements

Gather client feedback and communicate it to the product development team for continuous improvements
