Food and Beverage
Responsibilities
Manages the day-to-day process and operations involved with collections and overdue /delinquent accounts
Daily collection outreach
Weekly and monthly cash collection goals
Run daily collection reports
Reconcile assigned collection accounts (offset invoices/credits, resolution for short payments and post unapplied cash)
Assigned accounts are paid within terms
Meet with Collections Supervisor weekly to review accounts of concerns
Qualification
Required
Five years of collections experience
Familiar with Accounts Receiving Aging report
Detail-oriented with strong attention to follow-through
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
MS Office knowledge
