Responsibilities
Read and understand procedures and instructions on customer service processes
Answer calls promptly and courteously
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Enter customer orders into the current order management system (SAP) on a daily basis
Knowledge of products and technical information
Knowledge of alternate products based on cost, availability, and customer requirements
Educate customers about terminology, features and benefits of products in order to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction
Manage assigned distributor accounts
Monitor scheduled ship dates to ensure timely delivery to customers
Follow all safety protocols
Run ZOTCM report daily
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Must have at least 2 years experience in internal and/or external customer service or Customer related administration
Strong attention to detail
Proficiency in using personal computer, data entry terminal and other common office equipment and software
Must be able to multitask efficiently
Excellent communication skills
Must be able to pay close attention to details
Preferred
SAP Experience Preferred But Not Required
Experience with Google platform preferred
2 years experience in a fast paced order entry center preferred
Good Understanding Of SAP. (Preferred)
