Program Manager, Home Modification

Responsibilities
Provide overall oversight and direction for the administration of multiple grant awards and private pay projects that comprise Inglis’s Home Modifications for Independence programming
Track each grant’s progress, benchmarks, timelines, and financials; adjust workflow, staffing capacity, and resource allocation to ensure alignment with grant deliverables
Regularly communicate program progress, barriers, risks, and opportunities to the Director, including recommendations to enhance program performance or mitigate challenges
Contribute to program development, long-term strategy, and sustainability planning in collaboration with the Director and Inglis leadership
Review and approve all program documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
Approve Home Assessor evaluations of client needs and contractor bids/scopes of work, ensuring the proposed modifications appropriately address the client's functional requirements
Ensure project tracking systems and documentation remain current, including bid amounts, actual project costs, timelines, and deliverables
Enter and maintain accurate data in databases for active and completed home modification projects
Manage monthly data collection and reporting, including project progress and completion, staff productivity, and outcome tracking and analysis
Supervise the HMI Program Coordinators and provide support in troubleshooting scope-of-work or participant-related issues
Supervise Home Assessors, Community Outreach Specialists, and independent contractors when applicable. Ensuring contract deliverables are met, documented, and aligned with program goals
Submit invoices for payment through Abila and coordinate with the Inglis Business Office to support timely processing and reconciliation
Use professional expertise in accessibility, home modifications, and relevant regulations to guide quality service delivery
Collaborate with the Home Modification Coordinator, Home Assessors, contractors, consultants, Inglis leadership, and external partners to improve program outcomes and uphold industry best practices
Support stakeholder engagement and relationship-building with community organizations, service providers, and local partners
Assist in developing training materials, resources, and presentations to support the broader accessibility and education goals of the organization
Participate in the planning and delivery of presentations promoting home modifications and Inglis programming
Qualification
Required
Licensed Occupational Therapist (required)
Three plus years' experience in Home Modifications work
Valid driver's license without restriction and ability to successfully completed authorized driver qualifications and requirements
Preferred
Three plus years' experience supervising the work of professional staff (highly preferred)
Experience Working With People With Disabilities (highly Preferred)
Experience in accessible housing or related field (highly preferred)
Experience In Grant Administration And Project Management (highly Preferred)
