Responsibilities
Partner directly with Directors and Managers to drive talent strategy and advance the business results through strategic talent actions
Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop solutions, programs and policies proactively
Partner with employees and managers regarding HR issues, HR processes and guidelines
Coach, advise and manage complex employee relations issues
Partner with managers in career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, talent management, and development
Execute Align’s human capital strategy surrounding organizational design, leadership, capabilities and culture
In support of an organization’s talent management strategy, work with the business to close gaps via training and/or developmental opportunities
Lead projects for the US HR team with a focus on continuous improvement mindset and focus
Qualification
Required
6+ years of progressive Human Resources experience in a fast paced, high growth, dynamic business environment; tech or medical device industry experience highly desired
BA/BS or equivalent experience
Experience supporting Director level clients and driving full talent lifecycle actions for an organization
Strong business acumen and ability to work well across different functions in order to integrate HR and business strategies
Demonstrated record of accomplishment of driving results and talent strategies in a fast growing and dynamic business
Ability to be analytical and ensure that the organization rigorously measures and analyzes the right things to drive success
Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to influence without authority
Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize work based on demand; highly organized and have strong problem-solving skills
Results driven, self-starter with high attention to detail and sense of urgency
Willingness to travel 10% and to support teams in all US time zones
Communication: Excellent presentation and communication skills
Teamwork Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Experience in a matrixed organization
