Responsibilities
Collaborate Across Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate ML models into our existing systems and workflows, enhancing product capabilities
Demonstrate Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate solid frontend development experience, particularly with data-intensive applications. Possess fluency in JavaScript/Typescript and Python. Be comfortable showing leadership on frontend design best practices
Understand Machine Learning Models: Be familiar with machine learning models, particularly how they work and are used, so you can understand DSAIL and what we do
Qualification
Required
Solid frontend development experience, particularly with data-intensive applications
Fluency in JavaScript/Typescript and Python
Comfortable showing leadership on frontend design best practices
Familiar with machine learning models, particularly how they work and are used
Experience with TypeScript and JavaScript
Experience with Python
Experience with React or a similar frontend framework
Experience with frontend state management libraries like Redux and MobX
Experience with CSS and SASS or SCSS
Experience in building and deploying component libraries
Experience with Web APIs and how to integrate with them
Experience with the Dash framework or a willingness to learn if not already proficient
Knowledge in AI/ML techniques
Proven expertise in building ML applications
Proficient Python including demonstrable experience with libraries relevant to data manipulation
Ideally some experience with machine learning, in particular NLP applications
2 or more years equivalent professional or military experience
Preferred
Experience with using Figma as part of a design and implementation workflow
Familiarity with Python Data Science Stack - NumPy, Pandas, Scikit Learn, various deep learning packages
