Grace Design Studios is seeking an experienced interior design professional to join their Civic Studio team. The role involves attending meetings, coordinating with various stakeholders, and leading design processes to create environments that serve communities.

Responsibilities

Attend client, planning, and construction meetings

Coordinate with the Project Architect, Manager, Director, and external consultants

Perform all phases of the design process, including construction administration

Select interior finishes, furnishings, artwork, and interior signage

Lead presentations and communicate design concepts using appropriate software

Prepare FF&E budgets, purchasing packages, and presentation materials

Coordinate vendor and installation meetings

Cultivate and market new clients while maintaining existing client relationships

Collaborate with senior-level designers on complex hospitality projects

Occasional travel required

Qualification

Interior Design degreeNCIDQ certificationRevit experienceAdobe Creative Suite3D software proficiencyBluebeam proficiencyOrganizational skillsCommunication skillsTeam player

Required

Interior Design degree from an accredited university

NCIDQ certification

Revit experience

Proficiency in Bluebeam, 3D software, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office

Self-motivated team player with strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred

5+ years of professional interior design experience, preferably in hospitality
