Responsibilities

Preparation of complex key performance indicators (KPIs) and other management reports

Assist with establishing and maintaining standardized accounting procedures and processes

Produce all relevant financial statement reports on monthly and annual basis

Oversee accounting/bookkeeping duties for a portfolio of small/medium businesses with accuracy under possible tight deadlines (A/P, A/R, bank transactions, payroll entries, month end journals)

Act as client liaison and communicate directly with clients as part of bookkeeping and accounts preparation process

Build and maintain client relationships focused on excellent customer service

Performs other related duties as assigned
