Responsibilities

Support the sales team with solution design, sizing, and technical validation for infrastructure offerings (network, servers, storage, cloud, data center)
Conduct technical presentations, demos, and customer workshops
Translate customer needs into high-level and detailed solution architectures
Prepare proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation
Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and provide consultative guidance
Ensure smooth handover to delivery teams and support post-sales as needed

Qualification

Required

5-10+ years of experience in infrastructure pre-sales, solutions engineering, or related roles
Proven record of driving impactful sales wins and achieving targets
Strong knowledge of networking, virtualization, compute, storage, data center systems, and security best practices
Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-engagement skills

Preferred

Relevant certifications (Cisco, Dell, HPE, IBM, Microsoft, AWS, etc.) are a plus
