Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for customers Honeywell Experion System (EPKS)
Provide advanced technical support and expertise for Honeywell Distributed Control Systems (DCS) Hardware
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful solution implementation to Honeywell Customers
Perform daily and periodic inspections, maintenance, and upgrades the customers Experion Systems
Stay updated with industry trends and implement recommendations based on latest technology improvements from Industry and Honeywell
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in field service engineering, with a focus on Honeywell Process Control Systems
Experience with Honeywell DCS systems and any other similar systems, PLC's and controls
Strong technical knowledge and expertise in Industrial Automation technologies and Control System Networking
Knowledge in Control System Firmware Updates and Release Migrations
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Technology
Strong Leadership and Independent Contributor as part of a Field Service Engineering Team
Continuous learning mindset and willingness to stay updated with Industry & Honeywell advancements
Results-oriented approach and ability to drive initiatives and assignments to successful completion
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
