Lemonade is seeking a talented and curious Senior Insurance Product Analyst to help create a customer-centric home insurance product. The role involves collaborating with various teams to drive product development and monitor key initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead analytical initiatives supporting Insurance and Engineering for new and existing products
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Actuarial, Insurance Operations, and Underwriting—to develop policy coverage, pricing, competitive studies, and eligibility criteria
Build and maintain business reports, dashboards, and performance indicators to track core metrics
Conduct advanced analyses to inform product feature development and state strategies
Monitor and evaluate the impact of product changes, state launches, and ongoing initiatives

Qualification

P&C experienceData analysisExcel proficiencySQL proficiencyProject managementB.S. in relevant fieldAnalytical skillsEnthusiasm for AICommunication skillsTeam-orientedAdaptability

Required

3+ years of P&C experience, preferably personal lines
Strong project and product management skills
Experience analyzing and interpreting large data sets
Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL - reporting, dashboard creation, data manipulation
B.S. in Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Insurance, or related field
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, interpret findings, and make actionable recommendations
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; collaborative and team-oriented approach
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Enthusiasm about learning and working with AI – a commitment to embracing this field is a fundamental part of our culture
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
