Associate Director US Commercial FP&A

Responsibilities
Strategic partnering: collaborate with US Indication Strategy Teams and cross-functional partners to develop and communicate accurate long-term patient / volume / revenue forecasts
Support model enhancements to ensure forecasts for in-line & launch products reflect strategic direction of each indication (e.g., market segmentation, patient flow, etc.)
Collaborate with Market Research to plan & design studies that provide key forecast inputs (e.g., demand study)
Partner with Market Access to incorporate latest access assumptions, payer mix analyses, and all other gross-to-net variables
Develop forecast scenarios to incorporate into supply planning and to quantify potential risks & opportunities
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the business drivers across the full commercial P&L brand partners (volume/sales, trade, COGS, marketing, SG&A) and price/volume mix analysis
Collaborate with commercial teams to design and execute investment plans that drive growth and support the organization’s strategic vision
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance / Accounting / Economics
Minimum of 8+ years of overall combined finance, FP&A or accounting experience
Advanced Analytical abilities, underscored by a track record of financial modeling, with a preference for expertise in revenue modeling
Advanced commercial finance skill set in a fast-growing, ever-changing environment. Strong command of revenue drivers and US P&L dynamics
Expert financial modeling and scenario design; able to simplify complexity and tell a clear, leadership-ready story with data
Trusted and strategic business partner: possesses the technical expertise, communication skills and good judgement to provide executives with an objective and independent point of view on broader business issues
Strong influence and stakeholder management across Commercial organization and global partners
Strong learning agility. Enjoys and excels in environments where s/he must tackle and solve complex strategic business challenges and issues, incorporating the newest ideas, technologies, and approaches to business. Demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence and self-awareness
Continuous-improvement mindset; harmonization/standardization of processes and tools
Preferred
Advanced degree or MBA preferred
Biopharma or healthcare industry experience strongly preferred
