Benefits Coordinator
LHH is a company that specializes in human resources solutions, and they are seeking a Benefits Coordinator. The role involves managing employee benefits, compliance, and vendor coordination while ensuring accurate records and timely resolutions of inquiries.
Responsibilities
Administer benefits programs: health, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA, 401(k), wellness
Run weekly arrears reports, process payments, reconcile credit cards, and partner with payroll for accurate deductions
Handle enrollments, COBRA, terminations, changes, and compliance testing
Maintain HRIS records and perform audits for accuracy
Resolve employee benefit questions quickly and professionally
Support vendor relationships and assist with reporting and system integrations
Qualification
Required
Proven experience managing arrears processes—this is non-negotiable
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
HRIS knowledge and benefits administration experience
