Representing the company related all related underwriting related to large property underwriting projects

Extensive liaison with sales/marketing and brokers nationally

Partner with other underwriting teams

Regular travel to client sites

Coordinate new and existing business and provide strategic vision for the department

Required

At least 7 years+ of underwriting experience with exposure to property and large accounts

Undergraduate degree

Strong analysis skills and proven strategic initiatives exposure

Solid understanding of finance, financial analysis and insurance markets

Demonstrated ability to develop best-practice underwriting practices

Excellent written and communication skills

Ability to work under minimal supervision

Relevant insurance licenses as required by individual states

Ability to travel on a regular basis away from home
