Responsibilities
Answer department phone line.: address messages and respond to request
Maintain data base
Generate/maintain physical and electronic client files, active and terminated
Promote excellent customer relations support
Meet regularly with the Dept. team to share ideas and suggestions to improve programs and services
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Ability to adjust to abrupt changes in priorities and schedules
Requires basic understanding of financial, accounting business, payroll and human resources principles
