Provide onsite network support across multiple locations in Massachusetts

Perform hands-on tasks such as device reboots, module reseeding, and resolving local API issues

Provide onsite support for environments monitored remotely through Cisco tools, stepping in when physical intervention is required

Strengthen the Network Engineering team by taking on onsite troubleshooting, repairs, and hands-on maintenance

Partner with full-time engineering staff managing cybersecurity events and daily operations

Travel to various facilities as needed for physical network support

Ensure timely response and resolution for onsite hardware and networking issues
